Question for Chandra and all: Can a person fall in love, or feel a chemistry from an extensive exchange of e-mail and telephone calls, before meeting in person? (many years ago, even before the telephone communication, courting was done in letters, love letters.)

I feel some of the best ways to create intimacy is through emails and telephone calls BEFORE you meet. You are on to something here. A lot of chemistry can develop by getting to know someone and taking the time. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share information, without the pressure of dealing with everything at once. It is a nice easy comfortable way to start a relationship. I wish there was more of this.

he has to use online dating to find a companion, is now SO busy that he can't even interact with any ladies who respond to his profile.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I tink that you could do with a few pics to drive the mesxsage home a little bit, but instead of that, this is magnificemt blog. A great read. I'll certainly be back.

Try Typepad. That's what I use. Easier than wordpress. Good Luck
